As a Sales Advisor at Tesla, the main focus of my role was to drive sales of Tesla’s electric cars in the Yorkshire and North East of England markets. This involved facilitating test drive experiences for potential customers in order to educate and excite them about the benefits of driving an electric vehicle (and features unique to Tesla vehicles). In addition to delivering test drive experiences, the role also involved frequent engagement with customers, both prior to a test drive in order to understand their needs and after the test drive, following up with them to answer any further questions in order to finalise each sale.

As an Expert at Apple, my role was to drive the performance of the sales team within the store which were divided between sales and customer service metrics. This was achieved by delivering top quartile performance personally in order to be a role model for others, while also proactively coaching and mentoring others in the sales team. The role also involved maintaining deep product and operational knowledge so that I could support team members with any advanced questions from customers.

My role as an ASC (Apple Solution Consultant) was to manage the day to day operations of an Apple branded ‘store within a store’ located within a retail partners outlet. This involved responsibility for meeting quarterly sales targets, training of the retailers team on Apple products and services, building relationships with the store management and maintaining the concession to Apple’s brand guidelines and standards. During my time in the role, the store consistently achieved and often exceeded its forecasts both for sales and product knowledge metrics.

My role as an Apple Inline Solutions Consultant was to be responsible for all aspects of an Apple-branded concession located within a consumer electronics retailer. This involved driving incremental sales of Apple products and maintaining the fixture to Apple brand standards.
